This tiered blouse has a cute, mature look and a strong presence just by wearing it.

The body of the dress is divided into two layers and has generous, careful gathers applied.
Gathers at the sleeve attachment and double gathers at the cuffs create voluminous sleeves. The cuffs have a rough elastic design, so you can roll them up to create 6/4 sleeves.

The back has an open design, allowing you to enjoy layering it with other items underneath.
It can be fastened with a loop-fastened shell butterfly button and ribbon tape at the waist, which also serves as a back accent.

Of course, you can also wear it as a jacket by turning it inside out.
