How to order

After your order (payment) is complete, an order completion email will be automatically sent to your registered email address.

We will start tailoring → Our craftsmen in Japan will carefully craft your item. Please look forward to seeing the finished product.

After the product is shipped, we will send you a shipping completion email with the tracking number for your package. If you have any questions about your package, please contact your nearest delivery company office.

Once you receive it, please check the contents of the work immediately. If there are no problems, please notify us of receipt.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or a product different from what you ordered , please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
