The two-tiered body is generously and carefully gathered.

The gathers on the sleeve attachment and the double gathers at the cuffs create voluminous sleeves. The casual elastic cuffs can be pushed up to arrange the sleeves into a three-quarter length.

The back ribbon tie can be used to fasten the blouse, and also serves as a stylish accent.
Of course, it can also be worn as a light jacket by reversing front and back.
