This tiered blouse has a mature and cute look and a strong presence just by wearing it.

The body of the dress is divided into two tiers and has generous, careful gathers applied.
Gathers at the sleeve attachment and double gathers at the cuffs create voluminous sleeves. The cuffs are made with rough elastic and can be rolled up to create six-quarter sleeves.

The back has an open design, allowing you to enjoy layering it with other items underneath.
It can be fastened with a loop-fastened shell butterfly button and ribbon tape at the waist, which also serves as a back point.

Of course, you can also wear it as a jacket by turning it inside out.
